I came home from work earlier this week in a classic Santa Fe summer thunderstorm. I walked into my cozy house and was greeted by the delicious aroma of barbecue. I’m originally from North Carolina, and the smell of what my roommate was cooking brought me instantly back to my roots. I’ve found that I prefer not to eat pork very often, but when we started carrying wild boar meat I felt completely different about it than conventional pork.
