"Keto" taken Apr 21,2019 in Madera. Susan is one of the new helpers at our church. She was serving the drinks and snacks and when I mentioned I was on the Keto diet she asked me about it. She stated she had heard about the diet but was afraid to go on a diet. When she learned that it mostly focused on carbs and cut out breads, and beans she got a little excited. She said it sounded like a diet she could work with and I showed her the App I was using to tell if foods were good or bad for my diet.
