My 30 Days on Keto: The Good, the Bad, and the Unmentionables
On August 1, 2018, I started a strict keto diet. For about a month before I began, I read, researched, and compiled a list of approved foods and recip hi es. I ordered some keto supplements as well. I wanted to make it at least 30 days to see what would happen. Although I wanted to shed a few pounds, weight was not my only motivation.
