Yakisoba (using Shirataki noodle-low cal low carb).

I’ve been meaning to try to cook yakisoba on my cast iron griddle. Today is the day. Indeed, it tastes a lot better than cooking it in a non-stick pan. The caramelizing part.. mm mm mm
