one new recipe a week for a year: spinach, onion, and bacon frittata
I am crap at cooking eggs. Seriously. And apparently I am also crap at squeezing the water out of the spinach and then getting it to not be completely clumpy. This was my new recipe for this week and it was a dud. I guess it’s going to happen some days, right? But I was bummed. And now I don’t want to try a frittata again.
