I found this plane in an antique store in Two Rivers WI, on the (carpeted) floor in a back booth and bought it for $25.00 . Most worthwhile planes and tools I’ve found have been on the floor, shoved under other stuff, an indication, perhaps, of the value the booth owner placed on them. This plane, obviously, was the find of a lifetime – so far!
