Stripping factory paint - prep for new paint

Taiwan makes excellent precision machinery. This PM935 is a good example.

However, they do not know how to apply a durable paint finish. Whatever they do use is full of filler that is easily chipped. I decided to strip the new paint and apply a proper universal primer and oil-based Direct To Metal alkyd enamel. Unlike the lathe project where I did the same, this time I am keeping the factory color, and do not plan to repaint the mill head and motor unit.

This pink stuff is CitrusStrip, and it does an excellent job removing the paint and is non-toxic. It does create quite a mess to clean up.
