One more quick project over the weekend before getting back to picture frames and other items on the honey-do list. Wanted to make a chisel rack that was more convenient, more attractive, and more efficient than the one I’d been using. Took the plan for this one from Robert Lang’s chapter in Chris Schwarz’s Workbench book. Pretty happy with it, although the slots are a bit too close together for some of my chisels. Will probably make another one with wider spacing once I figure out where to put it. Also likely need one for my slowly growing carving chisel set.
Was especially pleased that this let me reuse the mounting brackets from the glass shelf kits I raided to make the hanging plant stand. Waste not, etc.
