This apple shaped stopper is a perfect gift for an apple wine & cider fan. I created the apple from an exotic wood called Bubinga. Bubinga, also known as African Rosewood, is a beautiful dense hardwood with a rose-colored background and darker purple striping.
The stopper base is made from FDA approved solid stainless steel. I only use stainless for the base of my stoppers because stainless steel will not pit or corrode like cheaper chrome models. This stopper also utilizes a four o-ring system which creates an air tight seal to keep your wine fresh as the day you opened the bottle.
