I’m not sure what P.O.H. refers to unless it is "periodic overhaul." In that case, 31.5.09 must be 2009, not 1909 as I first presumed. A locomotive maintenance plan seen at Kurseong shed shows that he boiler is indeed original – and the only original boiler in the B-class fleet.
