I chose Olivewood in my design for this wine bottle stopper. Olivewood, sometimes called "Holy Land Olive Wood," is indigenous to the Mediterranean region — including the Middle East, southern Europe, and North Africa.
The stopper base (the mini) is made from FDA approved solid stainless steel. I only use stainless for the base of my stoppers because stainless steel will not pit or corrode like cheaper chrome models. This stopper also utilizes a four o-ring system which creates an air tight seal to keep your wine fresh as the day you opened the bottle.
