Originally made in England probably in the 1950’s, it finally made it’s way to me encrusted in grease and evidently soaked in motor oil. Hard to find any sign of wood grain on those drawers. It smelled like an idling diesel truck. As far as I’m concerned a petroleum odor does not qualify as sustainable patina.
