so. im one week soda free. caffeine free for that matter. im also on a new diet. since i moved here to GA iv prolly gained about 20 lbs, and im not too pleased. So im back on the nutrition plan i was on last year. keeping my fat intake low, no fast food, no junk food, less snacking, and smaller portions.

while its all good for me, my system is still adjusting. my stomach is very grumbly and im pretty fatigued after only a little activity. its my system getting used to running on normal energy…

so hopefully, this and my jogging will help me drop at least 5 lbs by the end of july.

that’d be nice.
