Closer picture of the shelves (ignore the cables, I need to get that all straightened after the shelves are painted). These are just MDF boards with a poplar bullnose attached to the front. They are hung with cleats into each side wall and there are about 2 inches behind each for cables. The shelves are not permanently attached, they slide in and out on their cleats.
