Remnants of machinery mount foundations to a planer mill from the Jacobs Lumber Company. The company was liquidated in 1928, and the buildings were dismantled back in the old days. Sometime around 1929-1940’s. All that remains is scattered foundations and things. I’ve been trying to clear the area out, so I can preserve them. I’ve been doing it by myself and it gets hot, and I say really hot outside, so I can only stick to one area at a time. The land is approximately around 49-50 acres.
