You have your wood worker, your wood carver and now you have your wood turner.
Meet John. He calls his art a "glorified hobby" and does his work from his home in North East. He knows his products precisely as he looks through his necklace magnifier at the Apple Butter Festival.
"This is centennial oak from Big Elk Mall. A large branch fell out of it so I wound up with a lot of wood. I called the company that owns the mall and they said help yourself," he said.
