Having been a woodworker for a good number of years, I’ve amassed a fair collection of tools for cutting and shaping wood. One of the most versatile is the router, not least because of the many shapes and sizes of the various bits that can be used for profiling wood. One particular manufacturer makes its bits stand out from its competitors’ by coloring them bright red. Here’s one of my favorite beading bits, great for frames and paneled doors.
