I have been working on some framed art for my playscale bathroom diorama and wanted to show you how I do it.

1. Find art work on the internet by searching google images. Copy into Microsoft Publisher, Word, or another program. Change to desired size. Print onto card stock.

2. Mount onto foam core.

3. Cut out with an X-acto knife.

4. Cut wooden pieces for the frame. I am using Woodsies sticks which are a little thicker than foam core. Cut 4 pieces using an X-acto knife or this awesome cutting tool I got at Hobby Lobby.

Thanks to Flava Sweet for recommending it. I used a 40% off coupon on my phone and it cost about $17 (with the coupon). That is still expensive to me, but it is a great tool and makes any strip wood cutting job much easier. Here is a link from my friend Flava Sweet about the cutting tool:

5. Sand the edges to make them fit just right.
