PNKA 2-6-6-0 Mallet CC 5030, built by Schweizerische Lokomotiv und Maschinenfabrik in 1928, departs from Garut with a very full load up the branch to the main line junction at Cibatu in West Java. A big engine for a small train!
The railway from Garut to Cibatu closed some years ago but apparently there are plans to reopen the line in the future
