DB Cargo 66055 ‘Alain Thauvette’ curves into Droitwich Spa with 6V05 Round Oak – Margam TC.
My first time photographing at Droitwich; the semaphores are still in use and are controlled by Droitwich Spa Signal Box in the background. However, the box is due to disappear, along with the semaphores, in 2020 due to modernisation to increase capacity along the line. *Edit* It’s now midway through 2020 and no plans for modernisation have been submitted yet.
