This is a combination of cutting board and baking board to roll out dough, the board is made from oak boards that I save from our old diner
restaurant cut them into strips re glue them planed and put a groove for the running liquids when cutting the meat.
The other side is smooth for rolling dough with the edge against the counter,
I turned the French rolling pin with inlay walnut dots,
I love to make things and give them away,
I just saw the board Yesterday in his Kitchen and since I had no picture of it I told him to pose for me:-)
