Macro of the blade, mouth and sole of my hand plane (Stanley No.10). Rather well used, used to be my Grandad’s. Still works fine and has a pretty nice flat sole. Well, it does until you take a macro shot and see how scored it is, and that blade has a pretty pitted edge: I should sharpen that again before next use!
Shot with a standard 18-55mm lens with a 20mm extension ring, tripod mounted with a ring light and external shutter.
