Here are images of something we might build. It’s made by a local company, Mighty Shed.
It’s very spacious, they also have a model with sleeping loft. It’s 12’x16′, just under 200sf and no permit required. This comes as a kit and you build it yourself. Price is about $7500… not bad at all. Love the windows and light in this one.
