So last week I mentioned that I had begun intermittent fasting as a means to loose some weight. I have tried a million things in the past to do that, but it never works. I ended up watching a youtube video about intermittent fasting which made sense. The one point, if you are always eating, your body will never burn fat, especially made sense to me. I have been doing this for a couple of weeks now. I wake up around 4pm, at 6 I will eat something, I will eat something around 9:30pm and then I don’t eat for 20 hours. it isn’t as hard as it sounds… except maybe the weekends.

Anyway the point of this photo is that when I woke up I weighed myself and I was down 4 pounds compared to last week. I weigh myself right when I wake up every tuesday… at least that is the plan.
