Pastry board fit for a Chef!

Its Monday again so here is another pastry board,
This has dual purpose on one end used to cut meat and all the juices collect in the groove,
on the other side is used to roll any type of dough, if I had any brains I would be rolling into dough instead of making it everyday…LOL all I had to do come up with couple of ideas mass and produce them, but know I had to stick making that soft stuff with sugar:-)
The board is made with Oak flipping it on its side exposed that beautiful Quarter sawn Oak rays,
The French rolling pin is made out of American Cherry and the spiral dots are American walnut,
the edge pushes against the counter top, it can be hanged on the wall in the kitchen with the rolling pin in its own hole.
