Dinner tonight was the Brown Rice Rainbow Roll and about 12 ounces of Chinese Stir fry vegetables with added garlic.
This is a great healthy dinner. Almost fat free, except for the avocado. The 16 oz bag of vegetables only has 100 cal.
I am having some BS issues though. Before the meal, I felt low and tested at 77, so even though I would normally bolus for 40 gr. of carb, I did not. Instead, I ate, washed dishes and walked Suka, tested again and I am at 76…
This might be one of those wait and see nights…wait and see my blood sugar get really high…
