I’m off to the grocery store. We have decided to go back to phase 1 of the South Beach Diet.
We lost a lot of weight two years ago on South Beach, and have kept it off, but since christmas, we have gained a little bit back (Tommy, 10 pounds, me, 5 pounds), so it’s back to the beginning, to get back on track, before the weight gain gets out of hand!
Phase 1 lasts 2 weeks, and it’s really not that bad – basically lots of veggies, meat and cheese, nuts, things like that. No fruit or carbs, but I found I didn’t really miss them. Wish us luck! 😉
