I get asked daily about the NutriSystems food. It is pretty good – haven’t had anything yet that has sucked. So here is what I eat for dinner. Thick crust pizza.
They provide the "Entrée", and I add:
Vegetable Serving
Salad or Fruit
Fat Serving
Low GI Carbohydrate
So tonight I combined the veggies and salad serving with tomatoes and green peppers and jalapeños half went on the pizza the other half on the side. The fat and low carb were a little peanut butter on a wheat bread at the end to cool the burn of the jalapeños. And this pizza was the BOMB. anyway…the program is pretty cool – it is helping plan my meals which was one of my goals.
have lost 7 pounds since Tuesday. woo HOO.
