Pan fried cod on top of some steamed bok choy. Topped with an orange pepper compote and wasabe flavored seaweed. Drizzled with broth from a seafood soup cooking right next to it. Less than 400 calories, minimal carbs/starches/sugars. Avoid the olive oil and this meal comes very close to 300 calories. [A continued experiment in a diet that is successful and doesn’t suck.]
