Omega 3, fish oil, dha, epa. I’m Not a big fan of fish oil. I downed a 6.7 ounce bottle of fish oil in hopes I could experience this as "giggle juice." I heard from a Naturopath conference that native Americans were known to drink large quantities of fish oil and they called it giggle juice. I suppose I might not have drank enough. I am on a keto diet so it wasn’t too difficult to take in. Admittedly it didn’t set very well on my stomach the first hour. It was a little uncomfortable but not a big deal. It def helped me pass another 1ft parasite. So I have increased consuming coconut oil, avocado oil, butter. Everyday I have been passing these ft long or longer worms. For me it was an easier choice over those other options. I always try to find supplements (vitamins) with no other additives. I try to take as few supplements that contain sterate.
