It is true that the current Heart-Check Food Certification does not include the product cited in the original tweet. It is also true, though, that the Heart-Check program does certify sugar sweetened cereals (still) and certifies fruit juices (100% of calories from natural sugars), as well as other high carbohydrate foods such as breads.

Some food manufacturers have replaced the Heart-Check logo with their own version of “Heart Healthy” for sugar-sweetened cereals, which could be very confusing to consumers (see all the images in this album)
